Linco34, Yes I did, unfortunately my lawyer never answered so I called the court and spoke to the judge's clerk and he told me that i have to wait, he said it's like I'm in line waiting for my "number" to become available, because nothing can speed up the process unless my daughter (for whom I qualified) was about to be 21 years

Does it mean a case can be processed as priority if your US Citizen child can petition for you?

Hi everyone is any one here like me waiting several time for get produced the greencard after granted letter and call uicis like crazzy many times? uicis and my lawyer and no one knows whats happened with my case the usually is they closed your i485 and wait some one will contact you!!!

I called today again. Customer service lady told me that I keep calling few times a week and I need to stop calling and wait for call back from ICE officer. It will take up to 30 days.
