Thank you. I came to states in 2002 legally but unfortunately due to dotcom bubble burst lost the job in IT. Hearing was in 8/5/2021 and verbally approved. I am in NJ. Now finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. As soon as I will have GC Wants to travel with my family. My wife also getting GC were both on the same file. I am from india and looking forward to traveling soon.

last week when I called, I had mentioned that I need to travel next month and Thursday they called me ask basic information. I didn’t had to go for infopass ar all. Linco is right you need to mention about your wife already received hers already, try calling them tomorrow. I know you’re waiting to complete 45 days but calling them may expedite.

I think his 45 days finished today. He should call them right away. May be they can expedite.
 
Congratulations raj006, was your case administrative close? I trying to find out if I am the only one or if there are more people on the same situation. I also wanted to know what is date on the green card for the ones who received their recently. My lawyer said something that got me thinking. She said that whenever I get my green card it maybe dated for 2021 when I was verbally approved instead of 2025 when I was granted. If that is the case we can become citizens really soon

Your green card should have the same date as the judge granted your case

Yes I did tell them every time I call about my wife’s green card. I have been telling them that she got it already and mine is still pending. Last time I called on Friday they said someone will call you back.
It will be 45 days today. I can make an appointment online tonight at 12am :))

But I’ll still call in the morning again. And tell them I have to travel soon. Hope it will help.
