Eoir 42b visa availability for FY 2019

Is that means we getting closer ?
Judging from big data, the court pass rate of immigration cases across the country has dropped significantly in 2020 and 2021, which may be due to the pandemic. In 2019, 35k cases were passed in all courts across the country. Dropped to 26k in 2020. Only 20k by 2021. The conclusion is that cases approved in 2020 and 2021 are expected to get green cards faster than before 2019.(Everyone can add your own opinions)

This is an official announcement from Uscis right? renewing can be expensive so I’m glad they will make it valid for 5 years and like it says it will free up workload so they can do other things..so yes! This is a great news, thanks for sharing.
Yes it is an official announcement

It would be great for most of us. For people who’s expecting green cards with in a year don’t matter :)
But it’s still good.
