Do you kow if we have automatic EAD extension? Can we look for a job while our renewal EAD comes in?

There is no automatic extension but you can always talk with honesty to the employer and they will understand but always apply for EAD 5 moths before expires so you can show the letter that it’s on process best of luck!

yes, when you apply for renewal you will receive a receipt saying they will receive your application then send you a letter extending your EAD card for 180/540 days. Take this letter with the expired EAD and the employer will accept it. If you need renew your drive license they’ll extend for just 2 months your DL (happens to me in MA)

Not sure about your state. But they usually can renew your driver license based on your extension letter for EAD.
Letter said 540 days so they gave me driver license for 1.5 years.
 
Lucky you, we send the application beginning of November 22 and until yesterday we have the same answers. We’re in Massachusetts as well
 
Hello everyone, I was verbally approved vawa 42b in court in March 2023, still waiting for Judge's order due to the cap,
However, I just received an approval for the i360 that has been pending for 5 years,
My question is, can I motion the court to grant I485 ? Since the i360 was approved?

Talk to your lawyer about your i-360.
Or just wait for your vawa visa.

Hey yalll, new to the forum, but wanted to have somewhere where I can see people's date of verbal approval and their actual "granted" status to compare it to my own. Also just seeing people getting approved gives me a sense of hope :))))))
Verbal Approval for me was 01/18/2022 in Boston, MA (Currently based in Orlando FL)
Based on what I've gathered were at the tail-end of the 2019 cases, so here's hoping that the 2020 cases are slim to none (COVID -era)
