Hello All,
A little confused about the situation and am seeking help from all of you and the experts on this forum.
My Scenario is as under
- Entered US on F1 visa in Jan 2000
- Changed my status to H1B in Feb 2001
- Changed my status to F2(my wife was also on F1) in Feb 2002
- Changed my status back to H1B in Nov 2002
- Transfered my H1B to another employer in July 2004
- Canadian Immigration got approved
Would like to visit canada and come back to US in 3-4 days. But confused whether I can do that on the I94 that i have from my H1B approval OR I have to go for visa stamping
Please note that I never had my H1B stamped. The only visa stamped for US is the F1 stamp.
Regards,
Macho
