I have green card (physical card)which was issued in 1994 and was valid upto 2004 march. I have valid rentry permit which is valid upto december 2004. Can i come back to usa without any problem? Currently i am in india. If not than what should i do? please reply
If I were in your situation, I would clarify this from local Consulate in India before boarding a plane. You can try sending them e-mail. They sometimes answer within a day or two.
