Hi!! im GC holder for for than five years. i have multipe entry exit stamps on my passport during last three years but all my stays outside U.S were less than 6 months. my total days outside U.S during last five years are approximately around 1200 days. can i apply for citizenship? is uscis will accept my naturalization application N-400? Thank you

You have 1200 days outside? That rules you out for physical presence. You have been in the US for far less than 2.5 years, or 913 days. You need to wait until this requirement is met, and you should also consider not travelling for so long, so often.

so it means i cant apply. how they check my exit entry record?

When a permanent resident (aka green card holder) exits/enters US, permanent resident card is swiped to register exit/entry information. USCIS will have access to permanent resident's entry/exit information. Wait to apply for citizenship till you satisfy physical presence requirement(s).

You are not eligible since you have to be physically present in the US for at least 2.5 years out of 5 years. They can track your travel records and do not even think to lie about your travel or about anything on your N-400 form. You can lose your right to be a citizen permanently.

The rule is: Disclose everything truthfully to USCIS!
