Have any body received any thing from Enterject( The company who is doing the Labor certification)? When I called today they just told me that they are processing the cases in April 2001. Will this outsourcing is any way going to help us? If any body received anything from labor please post it here.

My Receipt date is FEB 2003.

If they are working on 'Statement Of Work', then Yes it will be finished within prescribed time frame. Else 'length' of the project is considered beneficial.
 
Has anybody heard or received anything from Enterject yet? I have not heard of a single person on any forums receiving any notifications from them yet.

my employer had filed for a regular labor petition in feb 2002. The HR manager had received a letter from TWC in march/april 04 explaining that TWC has forwarded all the cases to Enterject. My HR has also provided me a copy of this.
I would recommend that you check with ur HR or the responsible party at ur company. They should have received some communication from TWC.

So what next for Enterject? Do they process your case upon response from the company? Do they send it to the DOL State labor? Or it will go to the Backlog Reduction Center? Any info, pls respond.
