entering usa with b2 visa for second time ... what i need ?

ok i was in usa for 5 month and 20 days ... i left usa for 6 month and 10 days
and now i will go back to usa
with the same visa B2 multi
what documents do i need at the air port ...
is it ok to get another 6 month in usa ??
any information or anything i should know ??

That depends on the admitting officer at the POE. If he/she determines you deserve a 6 months stay, you will get it.
