Dear Members,

My parents hold a 10 year visitor visa to the US that they obtained in June 2001. They had been to the US in 2001 for 6 months to visit me from INDIA.

They are visiting my sister who is living in Canada now. I am planning to call them again (2nd time) this November for less than one month visit from Canada. Since they already hold a valid US visa, can anyone please advice if they need anything else. I hear something like secured passport effective from october, fingerprints on visas...

Do I need to send them any document as if they were applying for a new visa? I am a liitle confused with what thy should carry along with them to show to the Immigration officer at the port of entry from Canada to USA

Please advice

Your parents can enter from Canada with their passport and valid visa. Just for precautionary measures you can send them a sponsorship document, which they may want show to the immigration inspector if they are asked for it.
