Hello!,
I have go my labor certification and already applied for I-140 and 485 simultaneously. I have also recieved immigration for canada. Currently I am out of status. I have following questions.

1) I want to go to canada and get my permanent resident card. Due to my current status will I have any problem returning back to US.

2) What documents are required at the POE when I travel from canada to US. Can I travel from canada to US using my canadian Permanent resident Card

3) I have already applied for I-285 so will it prevent me from leaving the US.

4) If I cannot enter US as a canadian resident can I come back with advanced Parole. Will my current status cause any problem when entering US.

Thanks

There are no short cuts. If you are out of status you can use AP to enter US, but beware, if the out of status is recorded with INS, even AP cannot save you.

If you have a H or L visa, you can travel when I485 has been applied (and you have not received AP). If you were on some other visa, without AP, your I485 will be considered abandoned.

Canadian residency might not help you. I am not sure about that.
