I will be getting my h1b stamped in Delhi in September start. I read through some forums that one can enter US at the max 10 days before the Job start date as mentioned on the H1b petition approval.
1. Is the above statement correct ?
2. Is there a legal document/ link to the document which says that one can enter around 10 days before the actual job start date mentioned on the H1b petition approval.
