Entering the US

When returning the forms to KCC, I ticked the box that indicates the family will be entering the US together. Now however, I think it would be better if the principal applicant enters first and then the rest of the family later. This is just to get things organized a bit first.

Can the principal applicant go alone first even though it was already indicated that we would be travelling together?

I know the principal can arrive first and not the other way around, but I am asking from the point of having already indicated that all would be entering together.

My question is the oposite of the above. I filled that the principal applicant will enter first and the derivative later but now I want that we both enter at the same time. Is that possible?

I heard in a different form that consulate gives a one envelope to goalong with all family members .
If so In order to principal enter first apart from family ,should he ask a separate envelope for each one . ?

Is this the case ?

thx &regards

Probably should. I don't have the experience with one/many envelopes, so I cannot tell for sure.
