Any help will greatly be appreciated. My situation is I work in the usa on a TN visa, which does not qualify my wife to move down with me. First question is can she live legallly with me down in the U.S?
If not, she wants to visit me as much as possible, can she qualify for a B-2 visa if i am not a citizin? does a citizin have to be a family member?
my other question is because we are canadian we are allowed to enter the U.S for up to 90 days without a visa, what are the laws surrounding this? how soon after returning to canada may she re-enter the U.S for another 90 days?
