Entering on B-2 Visa after living in US for 11 years

Hello everyone, this is my question for you guys. I lived in US since i was 8 years old under a P-4 Visa, my family and I recently moved to Argentina where we are originally from. We moved to Argentina on October 28, 2010. I am now 19 years old, and i got invited by some friends to go to US to spend the summer with them. Then I'm planning to come back Argentina to study.

Am I going to have any issues getting my tourist visa since i lived in US so long??
