I was selected for dv-2012, can I still enter for dv-2013 in case i don't get it for whatever reason?

U could register. Being selected in Dv 2012 doesn’t deny u d privileged to register in DV 2013.. DV 2012 & 2013 are different segment entirely.

There’s nothing wrong in u tryin 2b on safer side & being selected in DV2012 doesn’t automatically guarantee u a visa.. so register for DV 2013 if u wish!!!!!
Just avoid using ur Dv 2012 passport photo because its no longer valid.

DOS says a recent photograph taken within the last six month n DV2012 photo is ova 1 year……….so take a new photo if u wish to register DV 2013………
