Entered US on B2 Visa - Married US citizen

I entered the US from Canada on a B2 Visa on December 26, 2004. My Boyfriend and I have been dating for a while at this time and decided while I was in the US visiting him, that we would get married, which we did. My B2 Visa expired on June 26, 2005. I was told that I have 180 day extention which would make that December 26/05.

What I was wondering was, since I was married on a B2 Visa am I able to go to Canada to visit Family and Friends whenever I want to if I have a copy of my marriage certificate, or do I neet to apply for something? I know that I am unlawfully here right now and have until December 26/05 to have some papers sent in to the US Immigartion Department, but I just want to know if I am going to have issues at the border when I try to come back to the US after visiting Canada for a bit.

Hopefully this isn't confusing and someone can help me/us out.

Thank you.

I would also like to mention that when I got my passport stamped with the visitors visa stamp (B2) I never received an I-94 form from the customs agent at the airport. So in this case, what am I to do? I have read that this form was to be given to be prior to my departure from Canada to the US, but this was not the case. I have never been given nor received this form.

Also, I would like to clarify that NO forms as of November 12/05 have been filed or sent in to the US immigration office.

We know that time is running out for us due to the fact that I am unlawfully here as is, and we are desperatley trying to get us in the right direction as soon as possible.

I am here also for medical treatment that I can not receive from Canada and if I am deported, then my health is at risk.

Can someone please let us know if me being deported is something that we need to be prepared for?

Again, thank you.
