Enter US with old valid visa & new I-94

Hello,

I will really appreciate if someone can awnser my question. Has anybody tried entering with a valid H1-B visa from previous employer & showing the new I-94 from new employer at the port of entry?

--------------showing the new I-94 from new employer at the port of entry???? I-94 you GET at POE And one surrender ALL the I-94 Before you go out of US.
what are your case details????

Thanks for your reply. Sorry I was not clear.

I have a valid H1-B from my old employer until March2007.

I changed my employer recently. I have the new approval notice I-797 with the I-94 below from my new employer until Aug2007.

I was wondering if I go to India this Dec2006, can I enter U.S, by showing my valid visa stamp (from my old employer), along with the approval notice from my new employer?

Do you know anyone who has enter U.S similarly?
