Hi,
I am in USA and my son is an US citizen studying in India. I am planning to bring my son to USA in the month of May 2025 where he will be getting a 1 month vacation. I recently renewed his passport. I had submitted an application to update his new passport info on OCI, but the application got rejected since there was a change in India address. Now, I don't have the time to update his new passport info on OCI.
Will there be any issues if I bring here and send him back to India in June 2025 with his OCI with old passport info on it? My wife will be accompanying him and she will be carrying all the old and new US passports of my son during the travel. If it doesn't work, can I apply for a indian visitor visa for my son to enter? How long does it take to apply and receive the visitor visa?
