From the senator response and infopass, I came to know that my case was assigned to an officer on feb 3rd and subsequently "enroute to I485 manager" on feb 12th. No rfe or approvals yet.. did aother code 1 biometrics on march 5th but no LUD's on the case (actually no LUD's on the case since Aug 2007).. any wild guess on the it will take some result on my case, given it is "enrouted" to manager, whatever that means

My H1 is due for renewal and the whole H1 fiasco is making me go nuts.. I hope I will get the GC before that and not require another H1 renewal
