Hi I hold a B1/B2 visa for 10 years. Iam currently in US for 3 months. Iam in love with my fiance. she is a green card holder and will be US citizen by June. We have been dating for more than 18 months now. This is the fourth time iam visiting US and we had a child born out of wedlock. My fiance wants to marry me before I leave US this april . Is it advisable if I marry in US and wait in malaysia till i get my K3 visa. she is not in a position to travel as baby is only 2 months old. what are my options. My intention was not to marry on this visit but sometimes we have to be flexible with our decision making especially when there are 2 people who depend on us.

Post ur honest ur advises without any personal opinions

It is completely fine to enter the US with intentions to marry. There becomes a problem when someone enters with the intent to marry AND AOS. So you will be fine to marry, return home, and then as soon as your then spouse becomes a US citizen, file for a K3 for you (though personally, I wouldnt bother with the K3- instead you should file for an CR1- this is a MUCH better visa).
