01/02/08, called first time, filed first service request
01/28/08, called second time, was told someone will look at my case by Feb 2 and send me something within 15 days (3 weeks)
02/21/08, called third time, was told nothing specific regarding my petition and filed a secondary service request, and was asked not to call again within 45 days.
