you can find 50 cases ROW EB-3, approved in last 2 weeks from TSC and NSC.
the website assumes that they represent aproximatelly 1% of all cases, which is giving us +/- 500 cases in 2 weeks

Right. And I wish people here would stop paying so much attention, and relay their hopes on an unscientific web site.

This is about right.
EB3-India visas are used up. - per IIO
Then June could have been easily U in the visa Bulletin. The fact that June VB has 01Nov01, there are still some available. I am not sure IIO can override DHS decision without issuing a public memo.
