My sympathies are with U, I am also a sufferer for more than 500 days

Dear JUNE LAW, Congrats, on the approval of your I 485, now go for stamping, once stamping is done, I would advise U to write a letter to JOHN ASHCROFT, ATTORNEY GENERAL, Washington DC, stating your facts, that INS has not asked for RFE at one time, they have asked your RFE 2 times in a different dates, this clearly indicates, they are not scrutinizing files with attention/care/intrest/, and with their lack of expertise millions of people like us are suffering due to their inefficiency. We should bring their inefficiency to the attention of PRESIDENT OF US, CHIEF JUSTICE OF US, INS COMMISIONER,
SO PLEASE WRITE A STRONG LETTER ABOUT YOUR PROBLEMS HOW U FACED WITH INS, AND SEND A COPY TO ALL OF THE ABOVE. I AM GOING TO DO THE SAME ONCE I GET MY I 485 APPROVED. !!!

June Law, a quick question, please sorry to bother U

When U first came to USA from CHINA, did U came on H1B visa or F1 Visa, I mean did U changed your status any time like from F1 to H1, just out of curiousity I am asking, since INS is approving some cases in less than 280 days & Some are taking more than 500 days, in my case I came on B1 and changed to H1 status,

Thanks,
ramukesi
