Do we know for sure the information from Rupnet was authentic and it was also from India/China/Phillipines?

Is it is true, then its really really encouraging.

I think everyone is confused. Retrogression will effect on applying for I-485 (Adjustment of status) only but if it is applied they will continue processing. That is why you must have seen posts where people were trying their best to send in the application by December 31

I think you are wrong. My understanding is that USCIS will not approve any EB3 application (India,China and Philipines) which has PD > 01-JAN-2002. Even if the I-485 is ready for adjudication, USCIS will wait until the PD becomes current.

I do agree that this language should be banned. But Shakti Kapoor, I really appreciate that language, it brings a big smile on my face everytime I read your message. I have been missing you and your posts since last couple of days.

I would further request you not to use such language. I dont want you to be banned. But you may continue writing in Hinglish, which is very cool too.

I agree, I laughed so laud reading that post that whole office came see me what happened. Keep up the good work Shakti Kapoor.
Its hard to find laughing moments in the country.
 
Although the language seems very bad but dont take it seriously, atleast we can laugh :D :D :D :D but if Shakti Kapoor could add sorry,would be more better. :D

All said and done the opinion goodluck_140 had posted is absolutely correct, true that some would prefer to live in false hope, but doesn't make sense to discourage somebody from posting a correct opinion by showering GALIS !! Aur gali dena hai tu pyar se dhang ka gali dau na !! :eek: :eek:

Keep it up dude. Everytime I come here, I am so upset and nervous about the whole 485 thing. Sometimes when I see your messages, I laugh out, makes me feel good.
