Help me out here.

Ok, I am getting ready to file AOS. I accepted employment without authorization and I also paid taxes. Is it wise to state that on my G325 A form. Does USCIS check to verify if you were ever employed and do they have ways of finding out??

thank you

Are you filing for AOS based on marriage to a US Citizen. If so USCIS cannot hold against you the fact that you illegally worked, so it won't be an issue.

Either way, you should not lie to USCIS.

Mention it... or face a USCIS truth needle...

semaja,

Declare that you worked and avoid lying and getting your butt busted because of all the taxes that you paid... As such, mention it and have a peace of mind... USCIS is going to forgive it, because marrying an american citizen is another form of amnesty.... Weird... for working without permisson and overstay, but not for DUI or crime of moral turpitudes...but true..;)

As I said, mention or face the truth serum from USCIS...
