Could you please help me with the following questions regarding the employment verification letter?
My lawyer asked me to gather the employment verification letters from the prior employers. The letter provided by one of the prior employers has a different job title than the one in the application form, which has been filed already. But the job descriptions and other info matched, so I am wondering how big the issue would be and whether I am going to get a RFE with the I140 filing. In my application form, the title is entered as Sr. Program Analyst, which corresponds to the job responsibilities I performed there, however, the company said that they can only say "Program Analyst" in the letter, no matter what kind of job responsibility level, since that is the one they have on file.
I am quite worried, and not sure how to resolve this. Thanks in advance for any inputs!
