How many of us have signed bonds/agreements with our employer binding us to work for the employer for a certain period of time after the green card is approved ?
Please state if your employer is a Fortune 100 company or not.

I was forced to sign this, otherwise my I-485 was kept in pending, no reason was given to me as to why it was not send. As soon as I signed it they send it. I didn\'y had a choice,

In my employement offer there was no condition attached. I know it\'s illegal to make you sign such a document. I remember a case was won is court in Sanjose california against this, infact there is a court ruling. Well!!, righ now we don\'t have a choice,

mine is an excellent company, it\'s not fortune 100. its doing extremely well in the market even during this economy
