Hi,
For some reason I thought that you need to have been continually
employed (or most part of) for the 5 years past the GC. But
after reading your posts and reading the guide to naturalization
it doesn't seem to be the case.
Can anyone verify that whether your employed situation is not
bought up at the interview and is of no consequence in the
naturalization decision.
Also, does it look unusual to fly back just for the interview?
Presumably the officer will look at your passport and will work it
out. I've been present in the U.S. (bar a few two week long trips)
since Jan 1999.
Thanks.
