Question 2.My h1b employer paid me only $35000 for the entire year -2009 but according to h1b filing documents he is supposed to pay me 50000$.can I file a case in small claims court.
and also for 35000$ annual salary, i was made to pay the taxes etc, can i file a case against him about that.
