Employment question on N-400

I have questions on the Employment section (Part 6 B) of the N-400.

1. In the Employment section of N-400, what should I write in 'Your Occupation' column. Is it only for writing the job titles OR should I enter more description in this column?

2. Before I got my GC, I changed jobs using AC-21 and took up a new job with the same job title (i.e. Programmer Analyst). After I got my GC (in July 2007) I maintained the same title (i.e. Programmer Analyst) until April 2008. In April 2008, I took up a new job as a Project Manager. Is that sufficient time to change your job title?

It looks like you have progressed in your profession. How could anyone object to that? It's living the American Dream, isn't it?
 
BigJoe5 - only reason I asked is because I wanted to make sure a period of 9 months (from July 2007 to April 2008) was good enough to retain the same title as specified during filing my GC.

Could you also please respond to Question # 1.

They don't really care unless you are caught in a fraudulent situation.

If your whole status is based on FRAUD then you should worry until you break out in hives.

If not, please stop asking such dopey questions, fill out your forms and file before the price goes up again. Fees get adjusted every 2 years and they were last "reviewed" in 2010. :rolleyes::p
