Hi Everyone,
Need some help.

My labor has been approved recently and I am applying for I-140 and I-485. But given the condition of economy, my company might not be able to pay me what has been mentioned in the labor certificate.

In this case, if I get a REF verifying employment and salary at I-140 stage or I-485 stage, what would be my options?

Thanks,

Pay must be greater than the official labor category's salary

As long as your pay is equal to or more than the establish rate for your labor category, it should be fine. INS doesnt enfore you to be be paid equal to or more than what you had in labor application as long as they pay you more than the minimum set by the labor dept.

Good luck.
