Employment Letter

My interview is scheduled for 1st week of September and I have sufficient resources to show that I will be able to meet my expenses while in US.

However, due to late interview I do not wish to leave anything to chance and have therefore secured employment in US in principle (pending visa approval).

I have requested for written confirmation of the offer of employment from my future employers and they have asked me to outline the details of the required offer of employment that needs to be on the letter.

My question is, is there a prescribed template that meets visa requirements or a general letter is sufficient?

If there is a predefined format, where can I find it?

All replies will be appreciated as I am running out of ideas and do not wish to make a mistake at this stage.

nah, all that pretty much needs to be in the letter is that " to whom it may concern, u have been hired by "name of company" and cannot start immediately until you can show proof of INS work authorization". it also needs to state how much u are to earn per yr and if it' a full time or partime position. Also a mention of the job description will be fine.
If u are already in the US and in good status, u shouldn't have any problems. good luck,
