Employment letter

I will be going for CP through AC140 (Mumbai). We have only 3 employees in the company. I was on L1 and started this company myself. However, the company is doing business and is genuine.

Would the number of employees be a problem at CP interview?

Also, since I am the topmost person in the company, do I sign the Employment letter myself or get another employee to sign the same?

All help would be highly appreciated.

You will also need I-864 form, other than I-134 for your dependents.
As far as 3 employees go, you should carry all financial statements and corporate tax statements. That helps to show the company is legitimate.
I am not sure who should sign the letter.

Who signed I140 sponsorship? LC?

Make sense, since you are "the boss" that maybe the president will sign it. HR is good too (if you have any). I don\'t think you can sign this your self.

Whoever signed the LC and I-140 should technically sign it.
Anybody who you report to can also sign it.
You said you are not the owner, so you can also have the owner sign it, or a partner will do too.
