Could someone post the contents of the Employment letter sent by you to INS in response to your RFE ? Any help would be appreciated.

Sample from www.immihelp.com

I think the wording depends heavily on your job duties etc etc.
Here is a sample one from www.immihelp.com under sample documents section.

software user requirements, development of programming using C++
and/or Java languages, Windows NT, design of graphical user interfaces

Important!

Please make sure that the Employment Letter that you send as part
of RFE reply has the EXACT job description (and EXACT title) that\'s in your Labor Certification (assuming that you are still continuing with your original employer)...

Having the same language would certainly help in avoiding any further problems...

Hope this helps!

No Title

does it have to have the exact same title as well. For instance, I got a promotion with the job duties remaining exactly the same. just the title and salary changed. The company is of course the same.

If I get a rfe, will be be a problem:

1. if I put the new title, but explain that the job duties are identical
2. if the salary shown is higher than it was in labour

Thanks for your help and suggestion
