Employment Letter Format

Could you please post the Employment Letter format!

I have prepared the attached one please verify and give your valuable comments for the below RFE.

submit a statement from your new prospective permanent employer, which specifies the job title of your new position, primary duties, requirements of the position, wage and any other terms and conditions of employment. This letter should be issued by an appropriate authority within the organization that has the abilitiy to confirm the job offer.

Your letter seems to cover it all. I added one more thing in mine: "XYZ is currently and employee at Acme. Acme will continue to employ XYZ while his permanent residency is pending and will offer him permanent employment once he receives it."

I don't think it's necessary to change it, but I wanted it to include the statement that they would be through my PR application as well.

Thanks for your responses.

Gheewalabhai888 - 1st RFE was also same but our lawyer sent the details requested for employment history docs (pay stubs, w2, 1040 Tax details, etc..).

Hence in the RFE there were mentioning whether we are claiming AC-21?. .lawyer understood that hence job has not been changed mentioned it in the letter and sent the doc provided by us. Didn't the current employment letter requested by them. So now in the 2nd RFE they removed the para saying AC-21 and reqeusted to send the same again.

Sadiq - let me include the same in our letter - thanks once again
