Employment Letter Format (EVL)

Hi,
Can anyone provide me the format of EVL (Employment Verification Letter) that is needed at the time of interview?
If there is already a link to the above, can you paste the link?

1. Is the letter different for current employment and future employment?
2. Do we need to mention the skills stated in the labor in EVL?

I dont think you need to get separate letters, unless you are working for someone other than GC sponsor, and therefore INS is requesting separate letters from current employer and GC sponsor (future employment).

In my case I was working for GC sponsor, so the EVL said 'currently working as xxxxxx since xx/xx/xx. This is a permenant and long-term position with excellent prospects in the company'.

2. Do we need to mention the skills stated in the labor in EVL?

I beleive the job duties is most important, and should reflect as closely the duties described in the labor certification. I dont know if skills are required to be mentioned.
