Employment Check..

I got fired a few years ago when I was 18 for stealing..I'm not going to put it in my application..When I put the place down on my employment history, do they contact each one and check the reason why I left? Has anybody said yes on "have you ever committed a crime for which you were not arrested" and still were able to attain citizenship?

I don't know. But if you say NO and USCIS finds out (which they could if your employer filed charges with the police) you will be denied and maybe deported, or at least delayed until you can convince them you didn't do it (which would mean covering up one lie with another lie).
