Employment Authorized....any input????

Hello My EAD will expire on Dec'08

Do you guys think I should apply for a new one if everytime I enter the US I get a Stamp on the RTD saying

"Re-admitted as a returning asyle , bla bla bla, Employment Authorized Indefinitely"

Can I show this Stamp as proof of EAD ???

I just dont want to deal with m ore Applications and stress with DHS!!!! You know how messed up they are right now....


By they Way that RTD is now Expired. will that affect a Stamp saying Valid indefinitely?????

You don't need an EAD. You can go to your local SSA office and apply for an unrestricted card since you are an asylee.

You only need an unrestricted social security card and a Goverment issued identification card for employment. Save yourself the fees and don't apply for EAD.
