Hi guys,

I have got a notice date may23rd for EAD.Can anybody share me his/her experiance when to expect the card.

Mine is MSC,is it the same and how long after the biometrics?

To the best of my knowledge and in all centers, EAD takes three weeks on average unless something goes wrong. Several EADs are approved in my work place within this time frame without hassle.
In one case, my friend's wife did not get her EAD after two months. They were lucky because they have already done biometrics and received their GC. Hope you are in the same boat and get your GC before you know about your EAD!

It is my first time and i mailed it.I have got a notice date (23rd may ),from MSC and done biometrics on may31th.

3rd EAD Approved

For myself and my spouse. Did paper-filing myself ; RD 06/02. Approved on 06/21
Don't know what's going on with 485 pending since 09/03 with PD 05/01 EB3.

Hi Eggk,
I got an RFE for medical and sent it back. Could you please tell me a little bit about your timeline, RD, ND, RFE...etc.
They received my RFE on Aug 4th. Do you know how long it takes for EAD approval??
My RD is 5/17/05 my
ND 6/16/05,
RFE 7/20/05.
RFE received 8/4/05

I am really stressed by this. Any help would be really appreciated.

My 2 EAD has been approved

Just got I797 for my 2nd EAD. VSC got my application on 7/14/2005. According to the website it was approved on 8/8/2005 and they ordered my card. I remember that my first EAD was approved in less than 30 days as well. It is employment based, if it makes any difference.

i had applied at VSC ( 2nd renewal ) for AP/EAD on 25th jul
Got emails for EAD approved yest and AP today .

Still to get the cards.
