Employment authorization to H1

I am a Canadian with AOS pending for 16 months (ND: March 2002) and have changed employers using EAD.

1) Can I get a new H-1B through my new employer?

2) If so, do I have to get H1B stamped before using it?

3) What happens to my pending AOS if I leave US to get H-1 stamped? I do not have an AP.

1) Yes, u can get a NEW H1.
2) As, u are using EAD - hte H1 u get will be a NEW H1 and not renewal.
So, u wont be getting I-94 with the new H1. If u dont get a new I-94 with the H1 approval - u need to get H1 stamped immidiately.
3) U eihter need AP or H1 stamp to enter US.
