Dear friends,

I am about to file for my second EAD. What should I mail out along with I-765 form? Should I, for instance, mail out a cover letter? If so, could you provide a sample?

Thank you for your help.
 
1. the fee ( is it $120 or $175? I am confused. I see two different figures in two different places.

2. The application.
3. I 485 notice
4. photocopy of EAD no. 1
5. I94 card if available

I think That's it. I am also getting ready to apply for my ahem. 4TH EAD!!!!
 
I am also filing for my 2nd EAD renewal and my I-485 is still pending.I need clarification to the 16 point (Go to part2 of the instructions,Eligibility categories) in the form I-765.

I suppose to fill this as follows , right ?

could any one please clarify this ?

Do we need to specify EAD Application on envelope?

Do yall know if we have to specify EAD application on the envelope?
I didnt do that for my 3rd EAD renewal so I was wondering if I made a mistake and that can cause any issues?

Just now I had applied for 3rd EAD online.... can you guys tell me what is meant by E-Filed Application. When I had completed application and got 2 confirmation receipts and followed by Application for EAD which says Applicant Copy. Please let me know what all am suppose to take for Biometrics collection. Do I need to send supporting document.

ok man,
do this.
1) use the covering letting i am attaching in this post.
2) Attach all the docs I specifed.
3) Check is to be on the name of U.S Citizenship & Immigration
4) if u r sending thru FedEx,send it to the address specified in the covering letter.
5) U can write outside of ur fedEx in reference Section Mr ABC I-765 (EAD) Renewal. I did not write, but i got my recipts and checks got encashed.
