Employer with layoff history

I have approved 140 and 6 mths on 485 have passed. I have an offer from an employer who has done lot of layoffs in the past. Will that adversely affect my chances of getting GC approval in case I use AC21 for joining them?

I am asking this because I know about labor disapproval cases in companies such as i2 technologies who have done lot of layoffs. Thanks for the response.

----- may be not a problem but if he has laid off may US Citizen employers then may be problem(I am not sure) better you must discuss with your lawyer. I would avoid this employer.
