Employer sponsored B1/B2 visa - travel for toursim?

My employer sponsored a business visa for me recently. I have the visa stamped in my passport as B1/B2, 10 years, multiple entry. Since projects have been put on hold, my employer may not be sending me to USA anytime soon. Can I can use the same B1/B2 visa to enter USA for tourism purposes? Do I need any additional documentation to show at the port of entry?
