Employer refusing to give the H1 Approval notice copy

Hello Friends,

I am working with an ass hole employer for 2 years. He is refusing to give at least a copy of my approved H1B1 notice.
I need it very urgently. Please suggest what are all my options to get a copy from my psyco employer.

At the time of filing he gave an EAC number which shows the status as approved visa now and as soon as it was approved i was called by the employer and i started the job with him.

What do you suggest in this case. How can i get the papers from my employer.
