Employer not issuing paystubs and also withholding I-797. Please Help.

Hi,
My employer has been paying my salary via direct deposit but has not been issuing me the paystubs for last two months. Also, he has never given me my original H1 approval notice (I-797) nor a copy.

Are there any legal actions I can take to get the paystubs and my original I-797.

I would really appreciate if somebody help me with this.

Request him by writing a letter. there are many other stronger actions you can take to get relief, but your job is at stake.
