VisaProblem

Hi,

I am presently on company A H1B visa, I have a offer from company B but company A doesn't want to release pay stub as they feel insecure hence they said they will deposit salary directly in my bank account.

Question: Now if i don't have pay stub what are the options which i can use for my transfer ?

Guru's please advice me how should i tackle this problem.

Awaiting your response.

Thank you.

If the employer is deducting social security, tax etc from your paycheck, he is, by law, obligated to let you know the deductions. Maybe you can reword your request by stating that you need to find out what your deductions are so that you can plan ahead and a couple of paycheck stubs will help. Worht a try... but by law he should tell you.
