Employer not giving pay stub

Hi,

I am presently on company A H1B visa, I have a offer from company B but company A doesn't want to release pay stub as they feel insecure hence they said they will deposit salary directly in my bank account.

Question: Now if i don't have pay stub what are the options which i can use for my transfer ?

Guru's please advice me how should i tackle this problem.

-- Even when a company deposits directly into your account, they should send you the pay stub. I have direct deposit with my company, but they send me pay stubs every month. Did they say they will not give you pay stubs ? Or are you assuming that?

Also, how long have you been with this company ? And what status were you in before this company ?
