I going to complain my employer to DOL for no pay in H1B....cos am on bench.

If DOL gets my money back... can i still sue them through an attorney for not paying me for the last 4 months...I am in bad shape becos of them.

Please let me know what kind of lawyer i need to choose for such cases...?

I want to sue them even if DOL gets my money back..because they just exploited me too much..just like any other desi company.

People can sue the dry cleaner for $53 million just because cleaning shop had satisfaction guaranteed sign, but the customer didn't get satisfied. Oh, but plaintiff lost .

Please answer my specific questions plzzz can i sue after DOL gets my money back from the employer...?

You might have a small claims action. To sue is very expensive. You might even end up owing the attorneys after you pay everything you recover from the employer.

Well it is illegal to be benched so he might be in trouble for that. Your lost wages will be an interesting case depending on whether you were working or not working at the time.
Good luck and hopefully your lawyer is good.
