employer moving... but lawyer said not to report the change to BCIS..

my I485 has been filed since Aug., 2002. My employer is moving to a different location which is really close from the current location. I asked my lawyer about if i have to file I865(sponsor change of address) or not. He didnt even know that form exist....

and some lawyer in another forum said, i should report the employer's address change in case somebody from BCIS come to office to see if i am really working or not...

I am confused......

As I said yesterday also, its is required to be filed.
I had a bad experience previously when the letters were misplaced and came to know after 2.5 months that my employers addressed was not on USCIS records.

i look at the form of I865 it doesn't say that my information should be put on such as A#.... How do BCIS make my I865 connected to me? and also my employer is not individual, it is assoication... i think i should put the name of association in stead of putting individual's name but the form doesnt say i have to put the name of assoication.... what if employer like a big company move, whose name is supposed to be put on, i think the name of the company...

still confused.... thanks guys though
